This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Linda Nessel who was born in New York on August 05, 1938 and passed away on January 20, 2008 at the age of 69. We will remember her forever.
My mom was so loving and kind - even her voice mail was loving. We used to make fun of my Mom because the end of her outgoing message on her answering machine said "Please have a glorious day".
Who tells anyone to have a glorious day anymore? The answer of course was my Mom - to a best friend or a stranger.
I know my Mom's wishes would be to celebrate her life more than to morn her loss. Much easier said then done of course. Still, the idea of this site would be so people could share some sweet and funny stories about my Mom. So, please feel free to post your stories here and maybe we can share them at the memorial service.
Thanks, Dan

Thank you Linda / Steve Jenkins (Friend)
My first memories of Linda are of her home when 30 years ago I went to visit my friend Danny at a house that from a 10 year old's perspective was wonderfully chaotic and filled with frenetic energy - as well as Entenmanns’s chocolate glazed donuts, b...

Lori,
My heart is aching for you. Your mother was so special, and I watched your close relationship with her over the years. I am so sorry for you and your family to have to lose her so young.
